Superintendent Dave Adams and his installation crew did an excellent system installation. Dave kept us updated as the installation progressed. The system was installed exactly to specifications, neat, clean and all trash picked up. Note: Dave was unable to install and instruct us on system monitoring because his wife was in the hospital having a baby. Dave called us from the hospital to make sure we were taken care of which we were. Superb!
Mike Curtis, Director of Operations was in touch with us throughout the contract, installation, and system power up phases. Mike came to the house and installed the system monitoring equipment and instructed us on the operation. Excellent management.
All things being said, the system installation commenced on a Monday morning. The following Tuesday (8 days) the installation was complete, was locally inspected and approved, and SDGE authorized the interconnect. The switch was thrown. The system is performing with generated output power exceeding our expectations
Great experience. I found solar symphony after looking around a lot, and scanning forums online. The cost was way better than competitors and the workmanship seems great. They met all promised timelines and they even absorbed the cost when my system needed to be a little larger than first calculated. Make sure to compare them to any solar quote you receive as I did.
